I had a lot of questions regarding the specialized safety gear and what handle - to -handle racing was like on a road course. The staff at Cycle Gear took the time to explain options on each piece of gear and each staff member shared their personal racing story or a customer's story to explain the experience. I really appreciated their attitude and the time they spent answering my questions. I purchased a couple of the items I needed from the store, and the remainder form the website. how convenient? This is the best way to by motorcycle gear and parts. "

"Shopping online just isn't as great as trying things on in the store. The fits vary so much that going in is worth it if you can. I bought a mesh Dianese jacket there. I originally came in for a "sale" jacket and left with a jacket that was superior in fit and finish. It is hard to justify paying more just looking at pics. When I saw it in person the decision was easy. The sales person never tried to upsell me but I'm glad I asked about their opinion before purchasing. I'll be back for sure. "

"I had an idea of the perfect motorcycle jacket and stopped by Cycle Gear in Matthews NC hoping to find something similar. I walked into the shop and was immediately greeted by two really nice guys with huge smiles who seemed to genuinely enjoy being there and want to help me find what I was looking for. I was impressed by the enormous inventory and within about 20 seconds I found the exact perfect jacket I had been thinking of - at a price that was much lower than I thought I would have to pay for such nice-looking and high quality gear.
